These terms apply to Lotus Media Studio website plans and related monthly services.

1. Monthly Service Model

Lotus Media Studio offers website design and build work with no upfront build fee. The service is supported through an ongoing monthly plan that covers hosting and, depending on plan level, maintenance and content updates.

2. Launch And Monthly Billing

No monthly fee is due until the website is ready to launch. Once the client approves the site for launch, the selected monthly plan begins.

3. File Transfer Eligibility

Clients may request a transfer of their website files after completing 12 consecutive months of paid service. Before that point, Lotus Media Studio retains control of the build assets used to provide the no-upfront website model.

4. Domain Transfer

If Lotus Media Studio has registered the client's domain on the client's behalf, domain transfer may also be requested after 12 consecutive months of paid service, provided any registrar fees or third-party costs have been fully covered.

5. Cancellation

Clients may cancel their monthly plan at any time. Cancellation stops future monthly billing, but file transfer rights remain subject to the 12-month paid-service requirement described above.

6. Content And Access

Clients are responsible for ensuring they have the rights to any logos, images, text, or media they ask Lotus Media Studio to place on the website.

7. Changes To These Terms

Lotus Media Studio may update these terms from time to time. The most current version will be published on this page.
