Additional amenities vary by property but may include private chef services, in-villa spa treatments, and transportation arrangements.

Our properties are strategically located to provide convenient access to Angkor Wat and other temples. Most are within 10-15 minutes by tuk-tuk or car from the main temple complex. Wat Bo House and Wat Po House are particularly close, just a 10-minute drive to the Angkor Archaeological Park entrance.
We can arrange private transportation or guided tours to the temples at your request, with knowledgeable local guides who speak excellent English.
We offer flexible cancellation policies to accommodate our guests' changing travel plans. For most properties, cancellations made 7 days or more before check-in receive a full refund. Cancellations made 3-7 days before check-in receive a 50% refund. Cancellations less than 3 days before check-in are non-refundable.
For peak season bookings (December 20 - January 10), special cancellation policies may apply. We recommend purchasing travel insurance for added protection.
Yes, we provide complimentary airport transfers for all guests staying 3 nights or more. Our driver will meet you at Siem Reap International Airport with a welcome sign and cold refreshments, then transport you directly to your property.
For guests staying fewer than 3 nights, airport transfers can be arranged for a nominal fee. We also offer transportation services throughout your stay, including private car hire, tuk-tuk arrangements, and bicycle rentals.
